WEDNESDAY, MAY 1, 1996 - LAS VEGAS

MISS UNIVERSE delegates Miss Greece (Nina Georgala, 22) and Miss USA (Ali Landry, 22) receive the Olympic Torch as it passes through Las Vegas on its way from Athens to the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.

Miss Greece and Miss USA were joined by the seventy-seven other MISS UNIVERSE delegates from around the world, at an event to celebrate the torch relay on Wednesday, May 1, in Henderson, Nevada.
