In a way, there's not much to tell. Two beautiful girls won pageant titles on a late October weekend in Tennessee. Stuff like that happens all the time, you say.

No, it doesn't. These are not ordinary titles. These are not ordinary girls.

The titles are Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2004 and Miss Tennessee USA 2004. The girls are Tiffany Stroud and Stephanie Culberson.

It is a simple story, but maybe it's not quite clear, so let's rephrase things to eliminate ambiguity.
