One in a thousand

It was the last summer of the 1900s. But in South Florida, the land of the future, the party for 2000 had already begun. Some women strove to be fashionable, while others vied to be the fittest in the land.

Chic women, sleek women, provocative women, powerful women. The allure of Delilah, and perhaps even the strength of Samson. We couldn't help looking at them, and even though the summer of '99 is now gone forever, we can't help looking back.

But maybe there was a woman we missed, or even ignored, during that unforgettable summer. A woman who was not so fit, not so fashionable. A woman with an unimpressive exterior.
Maybe if we got to know this mystery woman, we would learn that she's smarter, stronger, hipper, sexier than anyone we've ever met. Maybe she would steal our hearts, or win our votes. But she's going to have to come forward and introduce herself. And we hope she doesn't wait for another summer.
