Same face, different place

When the University of Alabama beat the University of Florida in a college football game on Oct. 2, 1999, it was a familiar story. Both teams gave their all, but somebody had to win and somebody had to lose.

For one of the young women cheering on the Alabama sidelines, the story was very similar. Florida's loss was Alabama's gain.

Maybe you got the clue, or maybe you just recognized the smile. Yes, that's Cristin Duren, who was Miss Florida Teen USA in 1997, and who's now a cheerleader for Alabama. She won the Photogenic award at the Miss Teen USA Pageant, and the camera still adores her.

Will she return to pageants? We don't know. But if she does, she will be welcome in any state.
